The Tide

The need to control the flow of events
Has let me feel the need
To let go of the need
To control the flow of events

Paradoxical as it seems
Its not difficult to understand
The future cant be dealt with a magic wand
When the present is bursting at its seams

When you let go of trying to hide
And go with the flow...
Doesn't every wave know
That its not the sea that controls the tide ?
